The covered patio provides an inviting outdoor lounge space complete with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a private gas grill—perfect for leisurely family barbecues or evening gatherings. From here, a private courtyard entry leads into the fenced pool area, where you’ll find a sparkling heated (for a fee) pool, spa, an additional dining space, and three chaise lounges ideal for soaking up the desert sun. Inside, the open floor plan creates a warm and welcoming environment that brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. Guests can curl up by the gas fireplace for movie nights on the large Smart TV, or whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. With seating for six at the dining table and four more at the breakfast bar—plus a convenient wet bar—this home makes it easy to enjoy everything from casual breakfasts to evening cocktails with friends. The home features three inviting bedrooms, each offering comfort and style. The main bedroom includes an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo, while the guest bedroom/office offers a Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and shared access to a full bathroom with the third bedroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 72 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
