We offer a cozy, modern, clean home in the heart of Rapid City that's just 2 minutes from I-90, and 30 minutes from Sturgis! It features two bedrooms on the main floor, an open concept kitchen and living room, a large fenced-in backyard with a fire pit, and a remodeled attic loft! We've gone to great lengths to make sure that everything you'll need for your stay is provided: including dishes, pans, firewood, coffee, games, and plenty of room! OUTDOOR LIVING: Large fenced-backyard with large fire pit that can accommodate ten or more guests at a time. INDOOR LIVING: Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, living room is a great space to hang out with large couch, a loveseat, and a comfy chair in the corner. Small kitchen table that can be pulled out to add more chairs and tons of board games. On the side table you will find tons of board games to play with friends and family, so feel free to get competitive! ATTIC LOFT: Featuring soft carpet, a large table for conference calls and laptop work, and two matching twin beds, the loft is a great place to find some peace and quiet KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless-steel appliances, cups, bowls, plates, mugs, and silverware are all provided as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We also have large mixing bowls, measuring cups, and other essentials. Coffee machine with coffee and dishwasher. GENERAL: All of our sheets are premium, crisp 100% cotton, bath towels are thick, soft, and luxurious. Complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, air conditioning, portable fans and heating. PARKING: The driveway is quite long and can easily accommodate plenty of cars or motorcycles, always kept safe by the motion activated security camera. Guests have access to the entire home, front yard, and backyard! The basement will be locked, and there is a tenant lives down there with a separate entrance. A gentle reminder: Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.

Our neighborhood has plenty to offer within a walking distance. Walking past the Civic Center, you will find a huge playground, small lake, and beautiful creek (about 20 minute walk). You could also walk to Main Street Square (about 30 minutes away) to find a fountain for kids to play in, boutiques to browse through, and coffee shops to try out. Just around the corner from our house is a conveniently located gas station for last minute snacks or items you may need. We also have a laundromat a few blocks away in case you spill some sphagetti on your new blouse! Our home is in a prime location, within minutes of just about everything! We are less than two minutes from I-90, making most travel a straight shot. We are only 30 minutes from Sturgis, Mount Rushmore, Keystone, and all the Black Hills has to offer!
