“It was a beautiful home, very well taken care of and clean. The bedroom door locks made me feel a lot better about it being a shared house. It’s very nicely located as well. The owner is lovely and does respond fairly quickly to messages.”

Hello There Guests! I have been hosting people for over 7 years and I extremely LOVED it! I have a tremendous appreciation and joy meeting/getting to know new people from all sorts of backgrounds, ethnicities, and different walks of life. I love that I get to share our home with everyone! I am mostly in and out of my house. I am a very easygoing person, very open-minded, flexible, and adaptable. If I am home and guests are around I would love to entertain and get to know my guests. BUT if guests like to be private and quiet that is perfectly fine with me as well. Welcome to our humble home! We rent private bedrooms with a shared full bathroom to guests. This is a single home centrally located in Rogers and Bentonville. It is in a great, friendly, and very safe neighborhood. It is a minute's walk to the Greenway bike trail and a few minutes' drive to Beaver Lake. It is also very close to Sam's and Walmart Home Office, AMP theater, Restaurants, Hospitals, grocery stores, parks, shopping areas, and more! While it is close to everything, this home gives you absolute peace and quiet. Guests have access to their private bedrooms. Other than the guests' private bedroom guests can also have access to the fridge, kitchen, microwave, toaster, kitchenware, guest bathroom, and living and dining spaces. Washer and Dryer can be accessed for a fee.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood. This is the border of the Bentonville area and Rogers area. So This house is close to everything.
