Enjoy this NY style Lux Loft. 2 Bedrooms with two king beds. It’s a newly remodeled building, central air, tankless hot water heater, hard wood floors, in building laundry rooms, large walk in tiled shower, off street parking. Close to Park Ave, and East Ave. Right next to the old YMCA.

Neighbourhood information

The 795 is located near a great selection of restaurants and shops and is only a 2-block walk to Park Avenue, the hippest spot in the city. Easy on-off for the 490 freeway and only two minutes from downtown Rochester, The 795 is close to restaurants and shopping, cultural activities, YMCA fitness center, and public library. Car is the easiest, but there is a bus stop near the apartment. There is also Uber and Lyft available
