Have fun with the whole family at this stylish, charming mid-century bungalow! Drop your bags and head to the beach! This unique mid-century charmer is perfectly situated on a quiet street with ocean access at one end and the Intracoastal Waterway at the other. This bungalow offers the best Oak Island living, just a short, 5-minute walk to the beach, local restaurants, shops, and more.
Hi I am Melissa...mom to 5-year-old daughter Gemma and two doggies Fuego and Spike. We recently moved to Charlotte NC via Atlanta and love it! We enjoy traveling and seeing new parts of the world! 5 things I can't live without my Vitamix, my daughter, my friends, coffee, and wine. Please message us in the app if you need anything! BEACH TOYS: Located behind the shed FAVORITE COFFEE: Island Jo Coffee & Cafe (Bagels + Avocado Toast = lovely) 3 minute walk; Ruby’s (right on the ocean & pier) near KoKo Cabana FAV RESTAURANTS: KoKo Cabana (you can get on their list and they will text), Lazy Turtle, Shagger Jacks, Thai Noodle, Salt 64, Island Way FAV DAY TRIP: Southport - oysters, cute downtown, bay etc. FAV BREAKFAST: Fixins (walking distance & worth the wait) FAV WINE BAR: The Grape & Ale FAV ICE CREAM: Frosty’s
