Enjoy incredible accommodations in the heart of Ballston, Arlington. This beautiful apartment offers spectacular views and exquisite design, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It is located just three blocks from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, and just minutes from iconic landmarks such as the White House, Capitol Hill, and Georgetown University. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation. Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay, this service is non-refundable and subject to availability. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights. The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement We do not provide bath towels. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
