Welcome to Beachy Keen, a lovingly cared for, super clean and well-appointed single-family home with heated pool home centrally located in Bonita Springs in southwest Florida! The open concept floor plan is complemented by vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light from its many windows and sliding doors and plenty of space to relax and have home cooked meals. The family room is a great place to get out of the heat and enjoy a game or unwind with a movie at the end of the day. The well stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and cabinets equipped with everything you would need to make and enjoy meals together while making new memories on your vacation. With a split bedroom floor plan the master is secluded on one side of the house with the two additional guest bedrooms are on the other. In the master you will find a King-sized bed with a very comfortable mattress and en suite bathroom with plenty of room to get ready for a night out on the town! There is also a large closet for all your luggage and clothing. The two additional bedrooms include one with a King-size bed with private French door leading out to the screened lanai. The other bedroom has a King bed with a second full bathroom in between Built for outdoor living there are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy while residing in Beachy Keen. The large side yard is a great place to play catch, corn hole or take the dog for a walk. The entire back yard is completely fenced in with a tall privacy fence which is great for your dog. It provides a peaceful retreat while relaxing by the pool. Under the screened and covered lanai is a 6 top informal dining set to enjoy al fresco meals cooked from the kitchen or from the propane and charcoal grill located outside for your use! In the cool months of winter, the pool has a heater to keep it nice and comfortable for you.
