Also walking distance to hiking and biking in Forest Hill park, home of the South of the James Farmers market on Sunday mornings 10 - 1pm, not to be missed! Minutes away from the Fan District, Carytown, downtown Richmond & Scott's Addition. Dog friendly! Boasting two bedrooms, two queen beds, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry facilities, patio, backyard with a fire pit, outdoor seating for four, and a grill. Roku streaming devices on the TVs and books are provided for your entertainment. Towels and linens are provided, along with basic essentials for your convenience. The entirety of the space is accessible to guests with the exception of an owner's closet. **Please be aware that this rental is part of an apartment building, and you may hear noise from neighboring units. While we kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours, some ambient noise is to be expected. If you're sensitive to sound, we recommend bringing earplugs for added comfort. A great three-four hour tubing or kayaking float runs from Pony Pasture put in to Reedy Creek, both less than 3-9 minutes away from this home.
