The home sleeps 4 in 1 bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 Queen size pullout sofa. The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together for a great night in! On top of having all the tools required to cook up a tasty meal, we provide paper towels, basic condiments, dish soap, a sponge, kitchen towels, and starter coffee supplies so that you can enjoy a cup of coffee from our drip coffee maker your very first morning! Int the living room you will find a large TV with live programming and all your favorite apps, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO (not included) account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Perfect for some downtime with your loved ones! Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs throughout the day on our 2 covered patios. Enjoy people watching or reading a book while enjoying our beautiful weather! Euphoria Vacation Homes is comprised of a bunch of crazy dog ladies, and we are thrilled to let you know that this apartment is fido friendly (dogs only please due to allergies)! As long as your baby is under 20lbs, feel free to bring him/her along (**there is a fee involved, paid separately**), please reach out and let's discuss your best friend coming along to explore our pet friendly town! Upon booking you will be required to review and sign a rental agreement, verify your identity and confirm your booking details. Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment! To name a few: Old Town Pizza and Tavern, The West Egg, Buena Onda Cafe (across the street), The Local Refillery (right downstairs), Bog Brewery, Serenity Yoga, Paper Route Clothing Store, antiques and furniture stores, and you're just a stones throw from the very heart of downtown St. Augustine. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 35 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 8 minutes from Publix grocery store.
