This beautifully maintained Ocean Block duplex is just the 5th property from the beach and designed with large families in mind! The many amenities include a large open living and dining area on the 3rd floor along with a spacious kitchen, sun porch for additional dining, powder room and an en suite bedroom and bath. The 2nd level features 4 bedrooms, including 1 that is en suite, 2 full hall bathrooms, a powder room, cozy den and relaxing sun porch. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 washer/dryers & 2 bbq grills, a refreshing outdoor shower, multiple decks and plenty of off street parking!
