Located just steps to the beach featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, open floor plan on the main level with living, dining and kitchen area, an additional cozy den, multiple relaxing decks, wet bar , off street parking and all of the modern conveniences needed for the perfect vacation. Bed sizes include 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and a Twin sofa bed. Walk everywhere in town Dewey Beach or hop on the Jolley Trolley for a short ride to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Bedroom 1: 1 King W/bath Bedroom 2: 1 Queen W/bath Bedroom 3: 1 Queen W/bath Bedroom 4: 2 Twins W/bath Bedroom 5: 1 King W/bath Living Area: Twin Sofabed Guests can purchase a USD70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a USD3,000 refundable security deposit.
