This gorgeous 1920s cape presents stunning sunrise/sunset vistas, with unobstructed bay views from Plymouth to Provincetown. Perched on roughly six wooded acres, your spacious escape boasts a 300-foot long private beach, a large lawn, and a generous cliffside landing. Perfect for al-fresco dining, a huge deck with a gas grill overlooks the water. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower as well as beach towels and chairs. Inside, you’ll find a sunlit interior with beam ceilings, wood floors, and ample Cape Cod charm. Window air-conditioning units provide cooling throughout the home, and extras include complimentary WiFi as well as a private washer/dryer. The sprawling ground floor features a series of living and dining areas, perfect for everything from afternoon lounging to family game nights. Prepare delicious dishes in the new modern kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. A large sunroom functions as a suite complete with an en-suite bathroom. You’ll also find a half bath on this level. The top floor provides three guest bedrooms, a guest bathroom, and a private suite with an en-suite bathroom. Things to Know ​​Streaming is available using your own account. Window units and tower fans provide partial AC. The wood stove/fireplaces are not for guest use. The family dogs are welcome with a small nightly fee; however, please note that the yard is not fenced. Dogs should not be off-leash on the beach, as all neighboring beaches are private as well.
