Things to note Depending on selected apartment, some stairs may be required to reach the stairs. Apartments are on 1st and 2nd floors of a 3rd story apartment building. 1st floor requires descending a flight of stairs from the parking lot or ascending stairs from the street. 2nd floor requires climbing two steps from parking lot or two flights of stairs from street. there are other tenants living above this unit. Guests may hear occasionally footsteps and other noises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00.
