This custom-built home offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, making it the perfect destination for families or groups seeking a memorable escape. With three spacious bedrooms and two and a half baths, the Main House comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, ensuring everyone has ample space to relax and unwind. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting atmosphere, highlighted by a gourmet kitchen that features beautiful countertops and rich leather bar seating. The kitchen seamlessly flows into a stately dining area, perfect for hosting meals with family and friends. After dinner, gather in the cozy living room, where you can enjoy the stunning views or watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. The expertly decorated space, adorned with rustic and leather furnishings, creates a modern yet warm ambiance. Each of the three luxurious bedrooms is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring upscale pieces and refined linens. The downstairs master suite boasts a king bed and an attached bathroom, while the two upstairs bedrooms include a king and a queen bed, respectively. Freshen up in the full bath upstairs, ensuring everyone feels rejuvenated for the day's adventures. Step outside to discover multiple outdoor decks, perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking in the serene surroundings. Although Clutter Falls Retreat does not have direct river access, the stunning views and tranquil atmosphere make it an ideal spot for relaxation.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
