The Retreat at Clutter Falls is a unique custom built vacation home situated on a cliff above the Guadalupe River adjacent to a smaller guest house (see VRBO # 4970329), less than a mile from Gruene Hall and 3 miles from Schiltterbahn. The view is incredible and the rapids below the house (Clutter Falls) provide a constant, soothing sound that melts away stress. Enjoy it from the porch swing and rockers on the covered back porch or from the lounge chairs on the upper sunbathing deck. Note: River outfitters are close by to rent tubes, rafts or kayaks. They can arrange transportation to river entry points. When you reach the rapids area of your float trip, look up to the top of the cliff and you will see the private hot tub ready for you at the end of your trip! ** Only registered guests are allowed on the property. ** Music or noise that is loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited. ** Maximum 4 cars for vacation house and 2 cars for guesthouse are allowed on the property. ** No parking or driving on grass.
