Under new management! This beautifully decorated, spacious Grand Pavilion home is an easy walk (only steps away!) to the board walk, Grand Pavilion pools and beach. With two master suites and two bedrooms with two queen beds each on the home's second floor, Coastal Chic is perfect for two families. One master suite is located on the home's ground floor and the second master suite is located on the home's third floor. Coastal Chic is very well maintained & cared for -- this home was upgraded with new flooring, new furnishings and new interior paint in 2020. You and your guests will love the home's terrific natural light, the two private balconies that are shaded by live oak and palmetto trees and the multiple spaces within the home for your family to gather together and also enjoy some separate down time.
