The backyard is a retreat with the fire pit, patios grill kids playground outdoor dining Jacuzzi we provide the wood, smores sticks and citronella Tikki torches. we provide all the equipment for the beach so all you need is your swimsuit. The most often comment I hear about our location is it seems like you’re in a sanctuary or a park like setting in the middle of the city we’re offered a wonderful opportunity to own property that gives you an experience. That’s unlike most places you have a fully fenced in backyard privacy no condos or neighbors to interfere with your relaxation.

I’m from Florida. My husband is from Asheville, North Carolina. We both traveled extensively with the military my favorite place I lived was Hawaii, reminded me so much of Home. we love the opportunity to share our little oasis with guest from Florida who just want to be a little closer to the beach or from all over the country who want a Florida vacation. I am retired. My husband has worked for UPS for 37 years. We enjoy traveling we love, family and friends, especially our fur child and grandchildren. We are always available to meet our guest needs and if their needs are privacy, we always accommodate that as well.

We are a half a mile from a beautiful park that offers playgrounds and dog parks scenic wildlife and walking and biking trails as well as the botanical gardens the historic heritage village, Pinellas bike trail we are 6-8 minutes from the beach. And splash harbor our own miniature water park. If you turn right at gulf blvd park at Indian rocks 1/2 mile on your left is public parking across from Guppies for beach. We have numerous restaurants with great live music.pjs crabby bills conch republic caddy’s on the beach. We have clearwater st pete beach and the pier 60 with many activities We are conveniently located to Busch gardens the aquarium ,lowery park zoo and st Pete and Tampa airports
