Welcome to your perfect beachside escape! This modern, stylish retreat sits near the sand, and has a private pool. Enjoy breathtaking views within steps from the beach. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in sleek, comfortable spaces filled with brand-new furnishings, and spend quality time with family, friends, or your significant other with a wide variety of games available. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide a fresh, relaxing, and fun getaway you'll never forget. 2 full bathrooms, 1 bedroom with King size bed and walk in closet, 1 Queen sized sofa sleeper in living room. Laundry room available in building. 2nd floor unit with multiple windows and natural sunlight. Dining for 4-5. BBQ/grill area, HEATED pool, outdoor dining, beach chairs and umbrellas provided, multiple various chargers, gaming consoles/board games, Free Cable/Direct TV provided, WIFI, and laundry room. Guest parking available (ask for this)! No pets, No smoking.

Public transportation near the building and rental bicycles near by, you can uber and lyft any where, or go with the free "circuit" on-demand shuttle service called Pompano Circuit. -2 min WALK to the beach. -10 min WALK to Pompano Beach Pier. -5 min DRIVE to the beautiful Lauderdale by the Sea downtown with many restaurants and bars to enjoy. -15 minute DRIVE to Fort Lauderdale beach and downtown, also great place to go shopping or dining.
