Apart from its location, highlights of this house include a full kitchen with an over-sized island that seats eight, an abundance of natural light, and hardwood flooring throughout. This charming home away from home is made up of four levels; the main living space on the second floor and sleeping areas on the third and fourth floors. Please keep in mind that 207 St. Phillip doesn't have an elevator, so you have to walk up the stairs.
