Dining, shopping, and entertainment options are mere minutes away. LIVING AREA A sectional and an armchair set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, kick back and stream a movie on the 60 smart TV with DVD player. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When its time to eat, gather for fresh meals around the six-person dining table that includes a fold-out leaf to expand seating. (There is an additional fold-out table for four available.) BED & BATH This rental accommodates 10 guests in four bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a smart TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV. These rooms are connected by a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV, while the fourth bedroom is outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip morning coffee on the deck, featuring two rockers and an armchair. Unwind into vacation mode at the downstairs outdoor lounge area, outfitted with two sofas, a rocker, and a porch swing. Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill. Then dine alfresco at the table for four or the six-person picnic table. Practice your golf swing on the putting green.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
