A gorgeous stretch of sand, the historic neighborhood of Nye Beach, and bustling downtown Newport are all at your fingertips when you escape to this four-bedroom cottage, a wonderful place to experience the beauties of the Central Oregon Coast. This home is simple, sunny, and comfortable, with an access point to the ocean beach just over a block west. Enjoy a fully appointed, light-filled kitchen upstairs, where you can flip pancakes each morning before heading out for the day, as well as a kitchenette downstairs in the game room, offering a mini-fridge to chill your favorite drinks as you play foosball in the evenings. Walk home from a day spent boogie boarding, beachcoming, or browsing the local shops and galleries to toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, unwind in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and watch TV on the plush sofas. At night, you'll have your choice of three queen bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs) and a fourth bedroom downstairs with a pair of twin beds.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
