With multiple living areas and a screened-in porch to enjoy the warm island breeze, this home is sure to delight guests searching for a serene getaway. Cheerful pastel walls and neutral furnishings create a tranquil atmosphere as guests enter the second-floor great room. The comfortable sectional and sofa provide enough seating for everyone to pile in and watch the Smart TV with Roku. Around the corner is a spacious kitchen featuring granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, an island, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Both the indoor dining table and the table on the screened-in porch seat 6. There’s additional room at the 4-person table to the side of the kitchen. The primary bedroom and a guest bedroom with a queen bed are on this floor. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a private bathroom, balcony access, and a 50” TV. All the televisions in this home are equipped with a Roku. The laundry room is located off the kitchen. Upstairs, discover a kitchenette in the hallway that overlooks the living room below, along with a small table for 2. A secondary living room lies behind the French doors, perfect for teenagers or guests who desire their own space. Choose between 2 guest bedrooms on this level. The first has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a 40” TV. The second has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a 42” TV. The nearest beach access is Fripp Island Beach Access #5. Please note that there is a maximum of 3 cars allowed at this home. Island access requires a car pass to enter. *Guest cards are not available to purchase, nor would you be able to get them to access Fripp Island amenities like golf, resort pools, or restaurants. Elevator and fireplace not for guest use. Not a pet friendly home.

Fripp Island Resort's amenity cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island.
