With five bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that everyone will be content with their sleeping quarters. Each room has been lovingly curated with tasteful pops of artwork and high-quality linens. Additionally, the home's central air-conditioning offers a cool escape from the sun. Also inside, appreciate having access to a sunroom (perfect for afternoon reading sessions), a board game collection, and a private washer/dryer. Outside, fire up the gas grill, or check out nearby Rehoboth Beach, Shell We Golf, Gordons Pond State Park, and Delaware Seashore State Park. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The garage is not for guest use. The fireplace is not for guest use. This property is not equipped with cable. Guests can stream with their own accounts. Lawn care service comes every Tuesday during the summer. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
