A paved concrete path, that contains steep areas, leads to steps down to the private dock. Enjoy sunbathing, fishing, and swimming from the dock. The dock is equipped with a covered single slip and a jet ski port. Even if you don’t have a boat or jet ski, you can still explore the lake by renting from Twin Cove Marina, located just 2 miles away by land. Twin Cove Marina is a full service marina and restaurant. Not only is the home's location ideal for outdoor adventure, but the updated interior provides complete modern comfort when you're not out exploring. A farmhouse sink, ample counter space, and a full suite of major appliances allow for stress-free meal planning in the kitchen. Enjoy your meals at the large dining room table or outdoors on the rear deck. A plush sectional and a smart TV welcome casual gatherings in the living room. Each bedroom also features a smart TV for added flexibility. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The dock is seasonal and contingent on the Lake levels. Please note that access to the dock involves a steep walk down. This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
