Property information

The best thing about this condo is its location. You are only a short walk away from all the attractions and will not really need your car. Top restaurants, museums, famous buildings and streets, entertainment for the family and so much more is just minutes away. Yet when you come home, you are away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy attractions in a quiet oasis near a lake and inside a private community with a fenced in back yard. It's safe and quiet when you need a break from exploring. There is a private parking spot, laundry on premises and everything you will need to enjoy you home away from home in beautiful St. Augustine. There are two bedrooms; decorated with local art. Each room has some beautiful art depicting St. Augustine history. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware, utensils and glassware. Off the kitchen is a private patio to sit and enjoy a coffee or a meal.

Neighbourhood information

Beautiful and historic quiet residential neighborhood just steps away from all the attractions and Flagler college. Condo is just a short walk from the famous Casa Monica Hotel, Lightner Museum & Flagler College. Walk to everything historic St. Augustine has to offer and enjoy the quiet neighborhood after a long day. Everything is walking distance and there is also a trolley that is a few blocks away that can take you around St. Augustine.
