Friendly and peaceful suburban residential neighborhood in the highly desirable Park East subdivision. It is a one block walk to Sullivan Park and 3 blocks to Conservancy Park with access to a hiking trail along the Roaring Fork River. Across the river and viewable from the house stand majestic red sandstone cliffs. Getting around will require a vehicle as this is a residential neighborhood and there is no easily accessible public transportation. There is a taxi service in Glenwood (Mountain Taxi) and sometimes Uber and Lyft. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage. There is limited street parking. It is not suggested to bring more than 3 vehicles or extra large trailers. The Hot Spring Pool, as well as Glenwood Adventure Park, is 3.8 miles and a 10 minute drive.
