Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just 6 Minutes from the Pecos river parks. 10 minutes walk from monastery Lake. Fishing and relaxing times by the river side are waiting just a few blocks away. Located on the north side of the Pecos Village. This is a beautiful - fully modern studio with visitor controlled heating and cooling, beautiful outdoor fire pit and surroundings; a full kitchen with stove and full size refrigerator and sink for cleanup; nice bathroom with double sinks and stone countertop; excellent WiFi; nicely set up with sofa, chairs, counter with barstools; nice decorations; a fireplace with logs ready to burn. The visitors building is separate from the host's quarters, so it's nice and private.
This is a great place to stay if you want to spend time exploring the Pecos river. Beautiful scenery and great fishing! I highly recommend the fishing area near the Jamie Koch Pavillion. It's part of the Pecos Canyon state park. Monastery lake is just 1 minute drive.
