The townhouse is three floors: the top floor has a private bedroom and a full bathroom. The main floor is the kitchen, living room, a full bathroom, and patio deck. There is a working wood stove (we must chat if you want to use it), and new 4k 65inch Roku TV with surround sound. The downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, bunk beds, and laundry. I also love to travel, so I've added unique things I wish all rentals had such as: - All the beds have surge protectors next to them so it's easy to charge your electronics. - There's a boot dryer available so you can dry two pairs of ski boots so that the next day you don't have wet feet. - I don't nickle and dime - My place is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and such. I hate when a rental provides one roll of toilet paper for an entire stay - so I don't do that. - My kitchen will have condiments and spices you are welcome to use.

We love everything about the mountains. In winter we ski and are happy to share or favorite spots for finding the last stash of powder (Cucumber Bowl is great!). In summer we like to hike and try to get on the rivers as much as possible. We look forward to hosting you!

Breckenridge has a fantastic food scene with lots of great happy hours! Just 5 minutes behind our neighborhood is Mohawk Lake which is one of the best hikes in Colorado. We recommend climbing up next to the waterfall for the best views.
