Skier, golfer, hiker, or mountain biker, you'll be less than a mile from the year-round activities of Sugar Mountain Resort. This home sits near the heart of Sugar Mountain, which offers 125 acres of skiable terrain as well as tubing, ice skating, summer lift rides, a bike park, Fourth of July fireworks, and an Oktoberfest celebration. Within a short and scenic drive, you'll find the Sugar Mountain Golf Course (less than a mile), Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster (two miles), the Sugar Ski & Country Club (four miles), and Grandfather Mountain State Park (nine miles). Return home from a day of summer adventures to unwind on the deck, where you can bask in the mountain breeze, light the gas grill for dinner, and take in a view of the woods. Come winter, snuggle up inside on the soft sectional, toast your toes by the gas fireplace, and watch a favorite movie on cable or streaming. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
