The house is centrally-located, making it easy to get everywhwre in the city. It is less than a Mile away from the Chicago Cubs, Spring Training Satdium. Other Spring Training stadiums for San Francisco Giants, and Arizona Diamondbacks, and scottsdale entertainment district are 15 minutes away. The house is within walking distance of a Light Rail Station which gives you access to all of the city, including Downtown Tempe, Phoenix, the Cardinals Stadium, etc. Major highways, are within 3 miles.
