Cindy & Clyde build de la Bleau from the ground up, Cindy had a vision, from drawing the plans to being her own contractor, all the details decorating and operating de la Bleau she does it all! Cindy has always been told that she goes overboard with helping everyone. She enjoys meeting new people, making friends, and pleasing people! She love to entertain, and will help anyway she can to keep you busy, weather it’s around Old Mandeville, anything on the Northshore, are wanting to go to New Orleans she can help you out with that too!

de la Bleau B&B can be your home, away from home! We’re located just a few steps to Lake Pontchatrain, Great restaurants to Dine and watch Fabulous Sunsets! Walk run are ride bikes on The Lakefront and The Tammany Trace only a few blocks away, Many other restaurants taverns and boutique shopping, and can’t miss The Saturday Trailhead Market with live music food, crafts and much more. You can sit on the patio at de la Bleau and have an amazing view of Lake Pontchartrain, probably watch a fall winter sunset. These are only some of the amenities our location offers.

Neighbourhood information

Mandeville itself is a lovely town that was originally incorporated in 1840. It has been attracting visitors for many years because it offers tranquility. Specifically, our gorgeous oak trees draped in moss make Mandeville look like the perfect getaway!
