Visitors will also have access to the Coosawattee River Resort Recreation featuring multiple shared pools, sports courts, a mini-golf course, a game room, and a fitness facility. Yet, you may find it hard to leave your own private oasis with two wraparound decks featuring gas grills, a firepit to gather around for stories and stargazing, and an abundance of outdoor seating ideal for al fresco meals or morning cups of coffee. You'll love soaking in the private hot tub after a long day of adventure. Inside, the natural wood throughout and wood-burning fireplace give that classic cabin feel while the free WiFi, flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities, and DVD library can keep everyone entertained and connected with the outside world when desired. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
