This space includes a futon, which offers extra sleeping accommodations. The Master Room offers a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, and a TV. This room also includes a desk, perfect for a private workspace. One room features a queen-size bed and ample closet space. A TV is provided for your convenience. Main Bath is brightened with a natural skylight for a refreshing atmosphere. 2nd bathroom is located just off the large family room and provides convenient access to the garage. The garage is equipped with a large washer and dryer for your laundry needs. For entertainment, enjoy the foosball table and air hockey table. The large family room features sliding glass doors that open to a screened-in lanai with comfortable seating. This area is fitted with a safety alarm for your peace of mind. You can enjoy the in-ground salt water pool, Ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a refreshing dip. Pool cleaning happens on Wednesdays, they will access the pool from the locked gate on the side of the house.
