The spacious layout, thoughtful floor plan, relaxing poolside patio, and generous decking provide various settings where you can slow down and enjoy life. Spectacular views of the ocean and sound and picturesque sunsets can be taken in from virtually every room. In the large great room you'll appreciate the huge windows, two ceiling fans, bluetooth speaker, and 55 inch TV with a DVD player. The roomy kitchen, overlooking the sound, easily handles large family meals. This home boasts four bedrooms with ceiling fans, ocean views, and direct deck access. On the ground floor there is a small game room with a foosball table, TV, futon and a refrigerator. Other extras include a collection of books, a DVD library, selected games and puzzles, an extra capacity washer/dryer, high chair, and wireless internet. Things to Know The private pool is typically open from May through October.
