This quiet Dana Point classic is a great house in a great little neighborhood. Recently renovated, with great attention to its design and details, it has beautiful wood floors and lots of enormous windows to let the classic California sunshine in so this home feels light and airy. Your front yard is Sunset Park with a playground and an ocean view beyond. Sit on the front porch and enjoy watching the sunset, all while the children enjoy safe places to play at the playground or in the beautiful back yard. This cottage is only minutes from all the best beaches, shopping, and recreation southern California has to offer. It’s location halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego makes 1-day trips to Los Angeles (Universal Studios, Dodger Stadium, Beverly Hills, Hollywood), Anaheim (Disneyland, Anaheim Stadium) and San Diego (Sea World, San Diego Zoo) very doable. You may want to stay at the cottage and take advantage of the recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen and a beautifully decorated backyard with top of the line teak furniture for al fresco dining anytime.
