As evening sets in, relax in the spa or sip a drink on the veranda while the city lights twinkle below. Retreat to any of the 5 bedrooms at night for a peaceful sleep. It’s the ideal space to recharge, reconnect, and feel at home! This west-facing Rancho Peñasquitos spot is the kind of place you’ll never want to leave. Tucked in an upscale hillside neighborhood, the house is all about good vibes and outdoor fun. Think tropical getaway vibes with a saltwater pool, waterslide, waterfall, spa, fire table, and insane panoramic views over the city. Perfect for chilling out or turning up, whatever your mood. Head upstairs and you’ll find five bedrooms that are super comfy and made for a good night’s sleep: ☆ Primary bedroom: King bed + twin-over-twin bunk + roll-away + private bath with tub. ☆ Bedroom 2: Queen bed + air mattress. ☆ Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk. ☆ Bedroom 4: Twin-over-queen bunk. ☆ Bedroom 5: Twin bed. Each room has its own smart TV, cozy bedding, and space to unpack and settle in. Other things to note: • We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces. • The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. • This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night. • Pool heating is available up to 82°F for a Two-hundred/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free • A one-hundred-pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout. • After 14 guests, there’s a per-night fee for Fifty for each additional guest.
