This quiet area features walks to the beach, as well as, walks to get ice cream. With restaurants, shopping, rides and shops just minutes away this is an ideal location. This spotless home has three nice sized bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the other two both have 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a pull-out couch in the living room. The house sleeps eight. The one full bath has been completely remodeled with beautiful finishes. There is also an outdoor shower in the back. The house includes Washer, dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning and many other welcome amenities. Living room is open and airy with a beachy feel. Kitchen and dining area are recently redone and include an island with extra seating. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open concept, as they seamlessly flow from one to the other. Located on a quiet street, this home is a short walk to one of Long Beach Islands beautiful beaches. The home has six beach badges that are included for your convenience, these are however not guaranteed. One special quality of this home is the relaxing front porch, perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon iced tea. In addition, there is a large back deck with table and chairs. If you should need more space the second floor is also available with a similar layout. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS.
