Hours of fun await in the game room, which boasts a full-size pool table and a convenient wet bar with a full-size fridge. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and expansive counter space. Extra perks include a private washer/dryer for longer stays. Things to Know The hot tub attached to the pool is currently unavailable. The wood stove is not for guest use. Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
