Guests can enjoy full access to the nearby KOA swimming pool and playground. Inside this lovely home, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with custom cherry cupboards and ash hardwood flooring. The main level is also home to a spacious formal dining room and a living room where you can unwind after dinner. The family room on the lower level is set up as a movie room, offering a wet bar and an anaglypta ceiling. You'll spend much of your vacation admiring the serene view from the lovely outdoor space. The wrap-around deck comes complete with lighting and speakers for the sound system. The private Jacuzzi room includes a jetted tub, custom ceramic tile, a wine cooler, and a coffee bar. It's an ideal place to end your evening before retiring to one of the three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
