Newly renovated, 2-story house near Magazine Street. Features 12 ft ceilings, spacious chef's kitchen and dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 luxury bathrooms, 2 walk-in closets, off street gated parking. Located in the Garden District, only couple blocks from Magazine st. and < 10 mins from the French Quarter. Please not that we have a bassinet suitable for newborns only.

Two blocks from Magazine st. in the beautiful area of NOLA: Lower Garden District. This is a very spacious, 4000sf home, freshly renovated with stylish mixtures of an 1865 New Orleans and all the modern amenities. 4 Spacious bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. Large chef's kitchen with modern appliances and offstreet parking. Quiet neighborhood yet very close to city's main promenade filled with local restaurants and shops.
