Visit Miracle Strip Parkway where you can rent a private pontoon to get over to Crab Island for a beach picnic or a day of swimming. And afterward, grab dinner and drinks from one of the many pubs and restaurants in the area. Inside this bright and airy, fourth-floor condo, you'll find everything you need for the perfect getaway. Prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, meet up for mealtimes or rainy day games at the dining table, and relax and watch TV into the evening in your comfortable living area. PLEASE NOTE: There are construction crews on site doing maintenance on the building walkways and balconies. There will be construction noise and dust in the breezeways from 3/31/25-12/7/25. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
