Cozy newly renovated townhome located across the street from the beach, about a 3-5 minute walk. Kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials. Fenced in back patio that leads out to a heated community pool. Centrally located with plenty of restaurants either walking distance or a short drive away. Come find your endless summer of sea air and relaxation!

You are across the street from the beach, with a walkway to get you there safely. Lots of restaurants nearby. Cocoa Beach is only 20 minutes away! You will have 1 parking spot in front of home, as well as a covered carport spot.
