Marigot Place is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a gated neighborhood, with easy access from both the beach road and main highway. Park one sedan in the garage, 2 vehicles in driveway. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, with sidewalks all the way. Zip to the beach in our 6-passenger golf cart. There are three free county parking lots at the beach. Our community also has a spot for parking golf carts less than a block from our beach entrance. You'll be just minutes away from anything you want to do in the Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach and 30A areas – shopping, dining, deep-sea fishing, dolphin watching cruises, parasailing, golfing, bike rentals, paddle boarding, art galleries, wine tasting, and so much more!
