You will enjoy a private environment. We live in the area so are available if you need anything.
You will reside a wonderful planned community neighborhood. People wave when you walk by but it is very private and quiet. There is a school across the street so no neighbors are across the street.
You can easily bike to the grocery store or local library or bike to destinations across North Idaho. A car will take you to famous spots and our many beautiful lakes near and far.
