This gorgeous home was built in the 40s-50s and is part of the historic Camp Rose neighborhood and is nestled on the side of Fitch Mountain. There is a semi-private Russian River beach access called Camp Rose that is a half-mile walk down from here - it is only for people in the Camp Rose community! There is also a public beach access called "Del Rio Woods", which is about a mile up the road. Downtown Healdsburg is a short two-mile drive away where you will find restaurants, parks, and endless vineyards and wineries! Some must-visit attractions include Dry Creek Vineyard, Trentadue Winery, Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens, Luther Burbank Center For The Arts, Safari West, and Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve. The property is made up of two separate retreats. The main house presents unique charm that can be noticed through the small details like warm wood flooring, built-ins, and crown molding. Sit back and enjoy the comfort of the living room's ample seating and lovely views, or head for the rooftop deck where you can be one amongst the trees. Steps away, the home's full kitchen exudes a sense of retro charm with its checkered flooring. When mealtime rolls around, dine with your loved ones at the quaint breakfast table or at the expansive formal dining table.
