    “Went for an overnight stay for a Bucks game and the place is great! Walking distance from the stadium and many bars and breweries. Highly recommend over a hotel as it was quieter and easier to park at. Very clean and tidy too.”

SUMMARY: This apartment is situated in one of Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desk, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags. __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4.
