The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it is relatively compact in size and does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: 24-hour fitness center, community kitchen and lounge, community outdoor deck with grills, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace/dining table (when Murphy bed is not in use), additional desk nook next to Murphy bed, private balcony, and in-unit laundry __ PARKING: Free daytime parking throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or ranging from 20 USD for 4+ nights.
