The exterior of this home offers a sparkling pool (heated for a fee) on the bay front; an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, and a park-style grill for your fresh catch. The fenced-in pool deck offers both shaded spaces to relax and visit or a sun deck where you can grab your Florida tan. An exterior staircase connects the ground level and pool deck to all the exterior decks of the home. The first floor offers the main bedroom with a TV, direct access to the covered deck with rocking chairs, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom also enjoys direct access to the covered deck. The third twin bedroom has a TV. A shared full bathroom is provided along with a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer. The second floor offers gorgeous, sweeping views of the bay from an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with three sets of French doors to the covered deck. Cozy up in the comfortable living room and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace in the winter. A TV provides entertainment for your crew and the comfy sofa converts to a queen sleeper. Step out to the covered deck and enjoy breakfast on the patio table. Additional deck seating allows you to enjoy coastal views well into your evening. The well-appointed kitchen has all you need to prepare a fantastic dinner to enjoy at the dining table.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. An optional fee of USD 75 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
