Beautifully renovated, this idyllic farmhouse retreat offers convenient amenities and upscale updates throughout - from central air-conditioning to the Wolf gas stove in the kitchen. Spend time together in the welcoming living area - watch a movie on the smart TV, play video games, or break out the board games for some good old-fashioned fun. Multiple desks and workstations create quiet nooks to pen postcards or work and learn remotely. A top-floor balcony also provides the perfect perch over the neighborhood. A thoughtfully designed layout has two suites on each floor - all with private bathrooms and one with an opulent clawfoot tub. Nestled on a large corner lot right in the heart of downtown Lakeport, your hideaway offers a prime location just one block from Main Street’s cafes, restaurants, and shops. Access to Clear Lake and a brand-new community park is also within walking distance. (A public boat launch is 2 blocks away!). * A detached one-bedroom carriage house can also be rented out if traveling with a larger group. * House Rules Streaming is available using your own accounts. The wood stove in the living area is not available for guest use. The yard and outdoor laundry room are shared with the main house, which may also be rented out during your stay. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation.
