The community offers a shared pool where you can relax in the sun or swim some laps. When you’re ready for the beach, Downtown Bethany Beach offers nearly a mile of sandy coastline for catching some rays and enjoying some seaside fun. Don’t miss strolling along the boardwalk with lots of shops, restaurants, ice cream stands and so much more! On arrival, the first thing you’ll notice is the shaded front porch with padded rocking chairs - this is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Step inside the cozy family room, complete with a large smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. For chillier nights, a gas fireplace provides some added warmth. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a fabulous meal. The kitchen is completed by an outdoor gas grill for quick, casual meals. Just off the kitchen is a screened-in porch, perfect for chilling out and sipping cold drinks. THINGS TO KNOW The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
